14 day return policy

If you bought a good or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification. ) Goods bought form www.evelily.com e-shop deadline starts from the day when the when customer has received his/hers merchandise. 

When buying from www.evelily.com e-store the customer agrees for the use of return policy with the following terms and conditions:

1.  Returned goods have to be UNUSED and in their original package.

Customer has to open the original package carefully and without harming it. If it isn't possible to close the package after it is opened (plastic bag without a sipper) then the product doesn't have to be in the original package.

2. For using the Return Policy the customer has to file a report to evelily.com e-store e-mail address: support@evelily.com, but not later than 14 days after receiving the product.

3.  Customer has to cover the return expenses unless the product which is sent back isn't what the client ordered or in case of warranty (replace or repair of the product).

4. Upon withdrawal, the customer must instantly send back the product, but not later than in 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal from the contract.

5. www.evelily.com undertakes the responsibility of paying back the amount which the customer had spent on the returned product immediately, but not later than 14 days after the returned product has reached us.

6. 14 day return policy does not apply to the following products:

     custom ordered products where the customer's personal needs have been taken into account.
